High-quality scrubs provided by the practice. Core Responsibilities Provide top-tier chairside assistance during complex prosthodontic and surgical procedures. Collaborate closely with the doctor and office team to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal patient flow. Manage and execute strict implant and surgical setup and breakdown protocols. Monitor and assist with IV/oral sedation protocols, ensuring absolute patient safety and comfort. Deliver highly attentive, personalized care to patients navigating extensive treatment plans and post-operative care. Utilize advanced digital dentistry tools for scanning, imaging, and case planning. Required Qualifications Proven surgical experience assisting with dental implants and implant-retained dentures. Strong working knowledge of dental sedation protocols and patient monitoring. A collaborative mindset with a track record of working exceptionally well in a team environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills aligned with a patient-first philosophy. Preferred Skills Familiarity with digital dentistry workflows (intraoral scanners, 3D printing, CBCT). Experience assisting in endodontic and periodontal procedures beneficial. Expertise in infection control and OSHA best-practices and HIPPA regulations.
