We are looking for a reliable, experienced Oral Surgery Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about patient care and maintains a high level of detail. What You'll Do Greet and prepare patients for surgery Assist in oral surgery procedures including extractions, dental implants and biopsies Support IV sedation (patient prep, monitoring, and recovery) Take dental X-rays/CBCTs/ intraoral scans and maintain accurate EMR records Ensure strict sterilization and infection control standards Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures Educate patients on pre- and post-op care Keep the operatory clean, stocked and organized Help maintain efficient daily flow, including scheduling and treatment plan support What We're Looking For Oral surgery or dental assisting experience CPR/BLS (or willingness to obtain) DAANCE certification a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Positive attitude and team-first mindset Willingness to travel occasionally to Washington, MO Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:40 AM - 4:30 PM Why Join Us Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) + profit sharing Monthly performance bonuses Quarterly team outings Supportive, team-oriented work environment
