•Looking to hire an amazing surgical/prosthodontic assistant. The office is located on Charlotte Avenue, West of Downtown Nashville, and hours for the position will be Mon-Thurs 6:30am - 4pm, and Friday 6:30am-1pm We are seeking a skilled, passionate and motivated Registered Dental Surgical/Prosthodontic Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of surgical experience. Training on specifics of all procedures and processes will be provided, but basic to intermediate knowledge of oral surgical, implant and prosthetic procedures for full-mouth reconstruction services is strongly desired. A lot of remarkable opportunities for the right fit. Must be a team player, and exude excellent patient care. Customer service is our number one goal. Daily requirements of this position will include, but are not limited to: Setup and breakdown of surgical rooms Chairside Assistant to the surgical doctor and prosthodontist during surgical and non-surgical procedures, including full mouth extractions, implant placement, osseous contouring/grafting, sinus augmentation; fabrication, adjustment, and delivery of fixed implant-retained prosthetics. Monitoring patients under oral and IV conscious sedation Detailed charting and clinical notes for all procedures. Detailed communication of procedures completed, changes in treatment, next procedures and appointments needed, etc. to the front office. Maintaining sterility and organization of ops, surgical suites, and sterilization areas. The desire and ability to learn new techniques quickly will be the key to success in this position as our office is constantly updating processes and procedures while using the latest digital technology to serve our patients at the very highest level.
