Job Description Asst/Assoc/Professor - Surgical Oncology Lubbock 44692BR Position Description TTUHSC partners with University Medical Center (UMC) which is the home of the TLC 2 Foundation cancer center. This state-of-the-art facility opened in April 2026 and is helping UMC and TTUHSC pave the way to become a regional leader in cancer care. Texas Tech University Department of Surgery is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible surgical oncologist for an open-rank faculty position with clinical, research, and teaching responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a primary clinical focus in endocrine, breast, and soft tissue surgery , contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to cancer care. The division of surgical oncology at TTUHSC is expanding due to higher volumes and you have an opportunity to be a part of that growth. You will join a group of cancer subspecialists including CGSO, hepatobiliary, breast, and colorectal-trained surgeons.
