Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected. Recommended skills include strong patient education abilities, circulating and scrubbing experience, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
