Day Shift | 36-40 Hou rs/Week We're seeking an experienced Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Join a nationally recognized acute care facility offering a fast-paced operating room environment and the opportunity to work across a wide variety of surgical specialties. Mandatory Requirements to Apply Minimum 2 years of Surgical Assistant experience Active CSFA certification from NBSTSA, ABSA, or NCCSA Active BLS Certification Strong Operating Room experience in multiple surgical specialties Previous travel experience preferred (first-time travelers may be considered) Roles & Responsibilities Assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures while maintaining a sterile field. Prepare and organize the operating room, instruments, and equipment before procedures. Assist with General Surgery, Orthopedic, Neuro, ENT, Ophthalmology, Breast/Plastic, Vascular, Gynecology, Genitourinary (GU), Laparoscopic, and Robotic procedures. Ensure patient safety and support the surgical team throughout procedures. Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotations as required.
