Schedule/Hours:

Day shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM 36 guaranteed hours weekly Weekend hours: On call (distributed evenly by Coordinator)

Qualifications:

2+ years of recent ORT (Surgical Technologist) experience, ideally with Neuro/Spine cases Current BLS certification required Knowledge of Cerner EMR preferred Preferred skills: Vascular, Davinci, Ortho, Maxillofacial surgery experience

Job Responsibilities:

Support the OR team in a fast-paced Main OR environment serving a diverse surgical population Assist with surgery setup, instrumentation, and case turnover in a 24-bed perioperative department Maintain highest standards of aseptic technique and patient safety Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers Follow hospital policies for dress code and proper attire (ceil or royal blue scrubs; no fleece, hoods, t-shirts, sweatshirts, or nail polish)
