Full-Time / Part-Time About the Position We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our cosmetic surgery team. Our practice operates a fully accredited surgery center with a strong emphasis on patient safety, surgical excellence, efficiency, and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in an operating-room environment, preferably with plastic, cosmetic, or facial surgery , and will take pride in maintaining a well-organized, sterile, and efficient operating room. Key Responsibilities Assist the surgeon and surgical team during cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures. Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before each procedure. Anticipate the surgeon's needs and provide appropriate instruments and supplies during surgery. Maintain a sterile field and follow all infection-control and aseptic techniques. Perform proper cleaning, decontamination, sterilization, and processing of surgical instruments. Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are properly maintained, organized, and readily available. Assist with room turnover between procedures in an efficient and thorough manner. Maintain organization of the operating room, instrument trays, supplies, and surgical inventory. Monitor supplies and communicate when items need to be ordered or restocked. Follow all surgery-center policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements. Assist with surgical counts and documentation according to established protocols. Work closely with the surgeon, anesthesia team, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient surgical operations. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized surgical environment. Qualifications Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred. Previous operating-room experience required. Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, facial surgery, or other outpatient surgical specialties is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation. Experience with instrument sterilization and processing. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to anticipate the surgeon's needs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
