Schedule:
Evening shifts: Monday-Friday, 2:45pm-11:15pm Includes on-call responsibilities
Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (certified) Prior experience working in an OR setting, specifically with orthopedics, vascular, and neurosurgical cases Strong ability to handle instruments and equipment with efficiency and care Excellent communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced surgical environments Active, unrestricted credentialing as required
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room Assist surgical teams with ortho, vascular, and neuro procedures Anticipate the needs of surgeons and facilitate efficient surgical workflows Ensure all instruments and surgical supplies are accounted for and sterilized Collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other OR personnel for optimal patient outcomes Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with facility standards
