Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technician (Surg Tech) to join the team in Woodstock, GA. The Surgical Technologist will support surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, organizing surgical instruments and supplies, and assisting the surgical team throughout procedures. Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up operating rooms for surgical procedures. Arrange and maintain sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies. Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures. Pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team as needed. Maintain strict sterile technique and infection-control standards. Perform accurate surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies. Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent procedures.

Requirements:

Min of 2 years of RECENT experience. Surg Tech Cetification preferred. Current AHA BLS certification required.
