Schedule/Hours:
Evening shift: Monday-Friday, 2:45 pm-11:15 pm On-call responsibilities required
Qualifications/Experience:
Valid certification as a Surgical Technologist or Operating Room Tech (ORT) Demonstrated skills in orthopedic, vascular, and neuro procedures Previous experience in fast-paced surgical or hospital environments strongly preferred Ability to adapt to new technology and protocols Commitment to exceptional team collaboration and patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile fields Assist surgeons during operative procedures, particularly in ortho, vascular, and neuro specialties Monitor inventory and ensure all supplies are available for scheduled and emergency procedures Maintain rigorous adherence to safety and infection control protocols Foster a positive, collaborative environment within the surgical suite
