Up to $58/hr Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist (CST) for a busy Orthopedic & Spine Operating Room at NorthShore Skokie Hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic, spine, and surgical robotics experience and be comfortable working in a very fast-paced OR environment. Required Experience Minimum 2 years of CST/Surgical Technologist experience At least one completed travel contract required Strong experience in: General Surgery Hand Foot/Ankle Sports Medicine Total Joint Replacement Robotic Orthopedics Spine/Orthopedic Surgery Must have solid spine experience, including: Pedicle screws ACDFs Robotics experience with Mako, ROSA, and/or CORI Must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced OR Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital due to call requirements Certifications BLS required NBSTSA certification preferred but not required Call Requirements Call required on a rotating basis Approximately 6-8 call shifts per 6-week period , depending on staffing Weekend and holiday call on rotation 2-hour minimum call-back requirement Facility & OR 111-bed specialty hospital Focused on Orthopedics and Spine 20-bed OR , typically utilizing 17-18 rooms Very busy, high-volume surgical environment Additional Details New graduates are not accepted

Orientation:

10 hours Credentials due the Thursday prior to start Drug screen, CBC, and T-Spot/QuantiFERON Gold required within 90 days of start If you have strong Orthopedic, Spine, and Robotic OR experience and are ready for a fast-paced travel assignment, apply today!
