$38.02 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Assist in surgical procedures with competence and professionalism Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment and supplies for surgeries Scrub in for surgical procedures and assist physicians as needed Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of surgical endoscopes and equipment Support department operations and maintain clinical knowledge Help ensure a safe, efficient, and sterile environment for all procedures Adapt to changing needs within the surgical unit and follow protocols diligently What You Need Certified Surgical Technologist with valid certification High school diploma or equivalent, graduate from an accepted surgical tech program 2+ years of surgical tech experience in a clinical setting Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment About the Assignment This role supports the perioperative team in a busy surgical department of a reputable healthcare facility in Shreveport, LA.
