2 years recent CVOR experience required

Travel:

Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment

Scrubbing:

Certification:

BLS required

Call:

1 shift/week + 2 full weekends Weekday call: Monday 4:00 PM-Tuesday 6:00 AM Weekend call: Friday 4:00 PM-Monday 6:00

AM Weekend:

2 weekends in a 6-week period

Local:

Candidates within 60 miles accepted at a lower local rate Flu vaccine: Required; no exemptions
