Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Travel Surgical Scrub Technician (Certified Surgical Technologist) to join a busy Operating Room team on a 13-week travel assignment. Guaranteed Hours:

40 hours per week Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent Surgical Technologist experience Prior travel experience is required BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Strong experience with Total Joint and Orthopedic procedures is required Experience assisting with a variety of surgical specialties, including: Orthopedics Orthopedic Spine General Surgery Gynecology Robotic Surgery Urology ENT Experience working with Epic EMR is preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain organized and perform efficiently in a fast-paced operating room environment Travel eligibility must meet the required distance policy Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment before procedures. Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical procedures. Scrub in and assist surgeons by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies during surgery. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow. Assist with patient positioning, room setup, and preparation before surgery. Perform instrument counts before, during, and after procedures according to safety protocols. Support a variety of elective and emergency surgical cases with a focus on orthopedic procedures. Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and organization of surgical instruments and equipment. Accurately document required information using the electronic medical record system. Participate in the on-call rotation and float to other appropriate areas when needed. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Pay:
