Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize the operating room for a variety of surgical procedures Support surgeons and nurses during operations by passing instruments and anticipating surgical needs Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control guidelines at all times Monitor surgical supplies, ensuring adequate inventory for procedures Accurately document patient information and procedural details as required Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and transferring to and from the surgical suite Participate in post-operative cleaning and restocking for ongoing departmental readiness
