Surgical Technologist - Full-Time, Permanent La Grange, NC (28551) Multiple Shift Options Available Full Benefits | Career Growth Opportunity About the Position We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join a reputable and growing surgical services team in La Grange, North Carolina . This full-time, permanent position offers flexible multiple shift options , a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced surgeons, nurses, and specialists. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality perioperative care across a variety of surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments in advance of surgical procedures Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to all sterile technique protocols Assist the surgeon and surgical team during procedures Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment with accuracy and efficiency Anticipate needs of the surgical team and adjust to changing situations quickly Perform instrument counts, room turnover, and post-operative equipment care Collaborate with RNs, anesthesia, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (required) CST certification preferred; eligibility to obtain considered Previous surgical experience preferred but not required for strong new grads Schedule Full-time, permanent role Multiple shift options available to support work-life balance May include rotating weekends or on-call depending on department needs Compensation & Benefits Competitive, experience-based hourly rate Full benefits , including: Medical, dental, vision Retirement plan participation Paid time off & paid holidays Continuing education support Employee wellness programs Opportunities for advancement within a well-supported surgical team Why Work Here?
