Job Summary Join our dynamic cosmetic surgery team as a Surgical Scrub Technician, where your expertise will support high-quality surgical procedures in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You will be an essential part of the operating room team, ensuring sterile techniques are maintained, surgical instruments are prepared and handled efficiently, and patient safety is prioritized at all times. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the surgeon, nurses, and patients to deliver exceptional aesthetic care while honing your skills in a specialized surgical setting. Duties Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing and arranging surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment specific to cosmetic procedures. CST preferred but not required Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, sutures, and other sterile supplies with precision and efficiency. Maintain strict aseptic techniques throughout all stages of surgery to prevent infection and ensure patient safety. Follow infection control policies rigorously and participate in ongoing training related to surgical best practices and new technologies. Manage surgical supply inventory and ordering Assist with medication inventory and ordering in compliance with regulations Support adherence to and oversight of accreditation and safety standards Requirements Proven experience as a Surgical Scrub Technician or in a similar OR support role within a hospital or ambulatory surgery center. $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
