certification required Completion of a Certified Surgical Technologist program Strong knowledge of cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection of surgical equipment and instrumentation Key Responsibilities Function as a scrub person and provide technical support during surgical procedures Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields Prepare, organize, and handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment Assist surgeons during orthopedic and other surgical procedures Anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team Interested?
