Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technician to join our healthcare team. Duties Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing equipment, arranging surgical instruments, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available for procedures. Assist surgeons during surgeries by passing instruments, suturing wounds, and managing surgical tools with precision. Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques to prevent infection and ensure patient safety throughout procedures. Operate medical equipment safely and effectively, including endoscopy devices, cardiovascular monitors, and other specialized tools. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in trauma centers, emergency medicine settings, or specialized units such as neurosurgery or orthopedics. Assist with the treatment of fractures, trauma care procedures, and complex surgeries requiring advanced anatomical knowledge. Ensure compliance with healthcare infection prevention protocols and sterilization standards for all surgical instruments and supplies. Participate in quality assurance activities related to infection control, equipment maintenance, and procedural documentation.
