Position Overview Job Title:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) (Also known as: Surgical Technologist, Surgical Tech, Operating Room Technologist, OR Tech) Seeking a Contract Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team. Schedule details will be provided during the interview process. This position follows Trio's clinical interview process . Candidates can expect outreach within two hours via phone and text (where applicable), with hiring decisions typically made the same day or by the next business day. Applicants requesting more than 7 days off, more than 50% of holidays off, or with negative background/employment history may not be eligible for the standard processing timeline. Key Responsibilities Assist surgeons during surgical procedures. Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and equipment. Ensure patient safety before, during, and after surgery. Collaborate with the surgical team to provide quality patient care. Maintain a sterile operating room environment. Requirements Active NCCT or NBSTSA Certification . Minimum 2 years of Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience . Strong communication and teamwork skills. No special scheduling requirements. Education Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Certifications NCCT or NBSTSA Certification (Required)
