Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare cardiovascular operating rooms and arrange surgical instruments and supplies Assist surgeons and nurses throughout operative procedures, ensuring sterile fields and instrument availability Handle and care for specialized CVOR equipment Monitor and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards Anticipate surgical team needs to promote efficient workflow and optimal patient care Accurately count sponges, needles, and instruments before, during, and after procedures Assist with room turnover and supply restocking as needed
