In this role, you'll prepare and maintain sterile fields, select and pass instruments, and uphold strict aseptic technique across diverse surgical cases. You'll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to promote patient safety, accurate counts, and timely case turnover.
