Job Description
PRN Registered Vascular Technician
- Surgical Specialists Clinic

TX 76012
Work hours: PRN- As Needed, Day Shift, Monday & Wednesday, 8:00am
- 5:00pm, additional days may vary based on clinic need
Travel:
25% to surrounding clinics as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)Surgical Specialists Clinic Highlights:
Strong teamwork and collaboration Compassion and empathy to our patients and the Team Supports the needs of 2 Providers at our Arlington Clinic Here's What You Need Associates Degree Related field (preferred) Graduate of accredited ultrasound technology program (preferred) 1 Year Related experience in a Vascular Laboratory (required) and RVT- Registered Vascular Technologist Upon Hire (required) or RVS
- Registered Vascular Sonographer Upon Hire (required) ACLS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire (preferred) or BCLS
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Exception Quarterly 90 Days Upon Hire (required) Possess an excellent working knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary anatomy/pathology, the cardiac patient, and treatment of cardiac diseases Have working knowledge of vascular arterial and venous anatomy for carotid and peripheral vasculature Have excellent communication skills Have good computer skills Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism What You Will Do Delivers care to patients utilizing the Registered Vascular Technician Process Will perform diagnostic carotid arterials and venous studies of upper and lower extremities and venous studies of patients with suspected peripheral vascular disease by following ICAVL guidelines.
