40 hours/week Schedule & Call Primarily 10-hour day shifts , approximately 7:00 AM

• 5:30 PM .

40 guaranteed hours per week . No block scheduling. Approximately one long weekday call per week , Monday-Thursday. Weekend call approximately one weekend every 5 weeks . Weekend call generally runs from Friday after the scheduled shift through Monday at 7:00 AM. Weekend and weekday call frequency may vary based on staffing. Holiday call is rotated among the team. 30-minute call response time required. Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist / Surgical Tech / Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have strong CVOR, Cardiovascular OR, Operating Room, and surgical scrub experience , with the ability to work both cardiovascular and general surgical cases. Responsibilities
• Provide surgical scrub support in the CVOR / Cardiovascular Operating Room .

Prepare and maintain the sterile field and surgical instruments. Assist the surgical team during cardiovascular and other operative procedures.

Scrub cardiovascular procedures including:

CABG Valve procedures

TAVR VATS

/ Thoracotomy Robotic lung procedures Aneurysm procedures Must also be comfortable scrubbing non-CVOR cases, including C-sections . Maintain sterile technique and follow operating room safety protocols. Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia staff, and other OR personnel. May float within the Main OR and Outpatient Surgery Center . Requirements Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience . Strong CVOR / Cardiovascular Operating Room experience required. Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification through NBSTSA . Current BLS certification through AHA . Must be able to scrub both CVOR and non-CVOR cases . Must be willing to take weekday, weekend, and holiday call. Must be able to respond to call within 30 minutes . Previous experience with cardiovascular surgical procedures strongly preferred.
