Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Nurse with ORT skills (Operating Room Technician experience preferred) BLS certification (required) Minimum of one year recent OR nursing experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Responsibilities:

Assist in prepping the operating room and ensuring all surgical instruments are sterile and functioning Work closely with surgical team members to optimize patient outcomes Support patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold the highest standards of care
