Using Trusted's digital platform, you'll manage assignments and schedules, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support safe staffing. Responsibilities Provide telemetry monitoring and bedside care as a floating nurse across multiple hospital units Interpret cardiac rhythms, recognize abnormalities, and escalate concerns promptly Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per provider orders and protocols Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the EMREducate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and discharge instructions Adapt quickly to new units, workflows, and patient populations while maintaining high standards Follow infection control, safety, and hospital policies to ensure quality care Use digital staffing tools to manage assignments, schedules, and communication Participate in continuous learning and feedback to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes Required Skills Telemetry monitoring Cardiac rhythm interpretation Acute care nursing IV medication administration Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation Patient and family education Rapid assessment and triage Infection control practices Critical thinking and clinical decision-making Use of digital staffing and scheduling platforms
