Summary The Telemetry Lead will support the installation, troubleshooting, customer adoption, and training of next level telemetry and automation capabilities across the LiftOne division. This role encompasses the implementation of telematics across LiftOne's customer base and proactively supporting LiftOne customers' equipment through setting up units, troubleshooting issues, and assisting the LiftOne team to navigate the telemetry information portal. Essential Functions On-site support for customer fleet telematics product demos and onboarding
Become a customer's trusted advisor by recommending best practices for their products, recommended configurations, and overall architecture
Identify and resolve telemetry reporting issues across the telematics fleet
Develop installation and troubleshooting guidelines for technicians
Train technicians and LiftOne employees in software and hardware troubleshooting
Communicate with the Telemetry Team about installs and customer set up requirements
Provide technical support to the telemetry troubleshooting call center for customer and technician support requests
