1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer for a General Ultrasound position requiring

ARDMS, ARDMS AB

certification, and 2+ years of experience. Details Work in an outpatient imaging and mammography center setting

Unit:

General Ultrasound Technologist May float to South Imaging and 5730 Telegraph, Oakland locations 5x8 hour day shifts from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Open to weekend shifts as needed Solid color scrubs required (not provided) Requirements ARDMS and

ARDMS AB

certification required BLS certification required Minimum of 2 years of experience required Epic EMR experience required CA state license required, if applicable Skills required include OB/GYN, 1st trimester, general ultrasound, abdominal aorta, breast, gallbladder, renal/pelvis, bladder, renal/bladder, transvaginal, small parts, breast cyst aspiration, breast ultrasound, testicles/scrotum, and thyroid imaging Experience with GE ultrasound equipment required Experience with ultrasound guided biopsy/fine needle aspiration procedures required Additional Information Perform technical ultrasound procedures under the direction of a Radiologist Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract Only 1 holiday may be requested off per contract, with holidays observed including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day Local candidates accepted at the local rate within a 50-mile radius Returning staff or travelers must have a 1-year separation before returning First-time travelers will be considered for this position
