Epic (charting) Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in the submitting specialty (e.g., breast ultrasound) ARDMS registration required, including RDMS (BR) - Breast Specialty Additional ARDMS registry beyond physics required (options include OB, abdominal, neuro, breast, pediatric, or vascular) BLS certification from AHA required; must not expire prior to assignment start High School Diploma or GED required Active state license required if applicable DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Ability to lift, bend, carry, push, and pull equipment; ability to stand for extended periods Additional Information Perform ultrasound examinations under physician direction for identification of abnormalities leading to patient diagnosis Responsibilities include patient identification and order verification, image quality review, vascular procedures, infection control, sterile technique, and patient education Assist and instruct students and other radiology technologists in exam protocols and positioning Maintain accurate records of patient information, procedures performed, and adverse reactions Follow protocols for medical necessity, coding, charging, consents, QC programs, and equipment failure reporting Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
