Duties Operate and maintain various ultrasound imaging equipment, including obstetric, gynecological, breast, abdominal, vascular, and echocardiography machines Perform detailed prenatal ultrasounds to monitor fetal development and maternal health, ensuring precise imaging for obstetric assessments Conduct gynecological and women's health diagnostics with professionalism and sensitivity, adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols Utilize Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) to document findings accurately and efficiently Apply comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to optimize imaging procedures and interpret results effectively Collaborate with physicians specializing in maternal-fetal medicine, Ob/Gyn, cardiology, and vascular diagnostics to provide comprehensive patient care Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures while demonstrating excellent communication skills to explain processes clearly Experience Proven experience in medical imaging with a focus on sonography across multiple specialties such as obstetrics, gynecology, breast ultrasound, vascular technology diagnostics, or echocardiography Strong understanding of women's health diagnostics including reproductive patient care and gynecological ultrasound techniques Demonstrated ability to operate sophisticated ultrasound equipment and utilize Picture Archiving systems (PACS) efficiently Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic radiology principles relevant to ultrasound imaging Experience working within EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of procedures and findings Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and healthcare team members while maintaining a compassionate approach Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
