Siouxland Community Health Center - 3.6 Sioux City, IA Job Details Part-time | PRN 6 hours ago Qualifications Diagnostic imaging equipment Computer operation Medical equipment operation Computer literacy Data entry Operating medical imaging equipment Associate's degree Full Job Description Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for: Ultrasound Technician 1 - PRN opening (Schedule M-Fri 16 hours per week max) Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of: Associate degree from accredited ultrasound program CAAHEP certification and IA Permit to Practice required 1-2 years ultrasound experience preferred Basic computer and data entry skills Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position: Maintain, operate and adjust ultrasound equipment using proper techniques. Perform all ultrasound procedures throughout the clinic. Work closely with the radiologist and other licensed medical providers presenting images and data for interpretation. Responsible for evaluating images for technical quality.
