1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with 2+ years of general ultrasound experience for a 26-week travel assignment in Biddeford, ME. Details General ultrasound department within a 200-bed facility Fri-Sun schedule, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM 36-40 guaranteed weekly hours Back-up call required Float requirement to Sanford within a 25-mile radius policy between facilities Uses Philips Epiq and GE E10 ultrasound equipment Epic EMR Requirements ARDMS certification required License required if applicable Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience required Epic EMR experience preferred Valid driver's license required for consideration 2 professional references required Additional Information Scrubs of any color permitted Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage prohibited on the unit RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract at manager's discretion Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility will be considered local and are not eligible for renewal or extension
