Novant Health is seeking a Sonographer I to perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will operate advanced imaging equipment, follow physician orders, and produce accurate, timely studies to support diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include patient preparation and positioning, optimizing image quality, documenting findings, and ensuring safety protocols and infection control standards. You'll collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other clinicians while providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
