Schedule:
Per diem position with clinic hours beginning at 6:00 AM; availability for weekday, holiday, and occasional weekend coverage is required based on operational needs. Hours are scheduled based on patient volume and staffing requirements; availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays is preferred. Summary Boston IVF is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Per Diem Reproductive Sonographer (OB/GYN) to join our Bedford, New Hampshire fertility center. This position supports our clinical team by providing exceptional ultrasound services while assisting with patient monitoring, procedures, and other operational needs that help ensure an outstanding patient experience. Essential Responsibilities Perform high-quality reproductive ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols. Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, embryologists, and other clinical team members to deliver exceptional patient care. Accurately document patient encounters and imaging results within the electronic medical record. Maintain patient confidentiality while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in supporting daily clinic operations. Participate in orientation, ongoing education, and competency validation as required. Training & Clinical Competency Boston IVF is committed to providing exceptional patient care through a highly trained and collaborative clinical team. All per diem sonographers are expected to successfully complete orientation and maintain competency in the clinical responsibilities associated with this role, which may include: Follicular monitoring Early obstetrical (prenatal) ultrasound Procedure support Operating Room (OR) support for embryo transfers and related procedures Other clinical responsibilities consistent with departmental operations This position requires flexibility to support evolving operational and patient care needs across the practice. Participation in required training and competency development is considered an essential function of the role. Education & Experience Current ARDMS (OB/GYN) certification required. Current New Hampshire Medical Imaging License, or the ability to obtain licensure prior to the start date, is required. Fertility or reproductive endocrinology ultrasound experience is preferred but not required. Experience working in women's health, reproductive endocrinology, or an outpatient procedural setting is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and patient care skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. About
