• Perform adult cardiac echocardiogram procedures
  
• Edit tracings and measure cardiac activity using HMS Medhost EMR
  
• Interpret normal and abnormal cardiac findings
  
• Recognize arrhythmias and related diagnoses for optimal studies
  
• Make data entries and maintain accurate patient records
  
• Collaborate with cardiology and healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
  
• Ensure adherence to all safety and quality protocols What You Need
• Valid NH MIRT license or eligible for licensure
  
• Prior echocardiogram or cardiac sonography experience preferred
  
• Attention to detail and strong technical skills
  
• Ability to work independently within clinical guidelines
  
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism About the Assignment
