Responsibilties:

A day in the life of an Ultrasound Technologist includes: Performing ultrasound procedures and processes consistent with industry standards, regulations and policy, under the direction of the Physician and providers. Greeting patients in a prompt courteous manner and reviewing charts in advance of patient intake Performing studies to the specifications requested by the physician Completing all authorized patient chart documentation in an accurate, legible and timely manner Monitoring ultrasound and work area supply inventory and equipment Performing Outpatient scans

Qualifications:

American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required Must be a graduate of an accredited Sonography/Radiologic Tech Program Two (2) or more years of experience in ObGyn/ perinatal experience highly preferred Nuchal Translucency certification is a plus If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!
