Variable Shift 9 Job Description Performs medically prescribed echo cardiogram procedures including transthorasic, trans esophageal, and stress. These procedures are performed throughout the patient population; inpatient and outpatient, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Participates in a team oriented, patient focused delivery of care model and assists in other areas of the Noninvasive Cardiology Laboratory. Education And Credentials AAS - Associate of Applied Science AND Certificate, OR AA in Echocardiography or Cardiovascular Technology required. Reg Diag Card Sonograph (RDCS) required upon hire. Reg Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) required upon hire. Can Reg Card Sonograph (CRCS) required upon hire. Reg Congen Card Sonogr (RCCS) required upon hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months required. Experience 1 year of experience in a Hospital based environment preferred. •For clinical positions, other than Registered Nurse and nursing support positions, internal applicants must have been employed in the same job title as the per diem position for which they are applying or in a comparable area of practice. Internal and External applicants must have a minimum of nine (9) continuous months of comparable work experience within two (2) years of the time the per diem job is posted. All applicants will be required to satisfy all orientation/probationary requirements.•
