Ultrasound Technologist - Immediate Hire DIA Invision Health is seeking an experienced, independent, and patient-focused Ultrasound Technologist to join our growing imaging team! We are looking for a skilled Ultrasound Technologist who is comfortable working independently and performing a broad range of diagnostic ultrasound examinations. Our practice has a diverse patient population and performs a significant number of both adult and pediatric cases , providing an opportunity to work with a variety of patients, clinical conditions, and imaging studies. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations using ultrasound equipment (Philips EPIQ). Obtain relevant patient history and explain procedures clearly to patients and families. Position patients appropriately and optimize equipment settings to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations, including breast, abdominal, pelvic, vascular, musculoskeletal, pediatric, and obstetric/gynecologic studies . Recognize and document relevant findings and ensure images meet appropriate diagnostic quality standards. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information. Maintain accurate patient records and protect patient confidentiality. Follow all applicable safety, infection-control, and patient-care protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional imaging environment. Manage daily workflow efficiently and exercise sound clinical judgment when working independently. Required Qualifications ARDMS certification required. Breast certification is required. Experience performing a broad range of ultrasound examinations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required. Experience performing ultrasound examinations on both adult and pediatric patients strongly preferred. Proficiency in breast, abdominal, pelvic, vascular, musculoskeletal, pediatric, and OB/GYN ultrasound. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Excellent technical skills and attention to detail. Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to consistently produce high-quality diagnostic images. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
