Vascular / Ultrasound Technologist -
Full-Time Starting Pay:
$55.00 per hour We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Vascular/Ultrasound Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing a wide range of vascular, cardiac, and general ultrasound examinations and will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining excellent patient care. Position Highlights Full-Time Position Starting rate: $55.00/hour Opportunity to work in a diverse vascular and ultrasound environment Professional and patient-focused workplace Seeking a technologist with strong technical skills and attention to detail Required/Preferred Ultrasound Skills The qualified candidate should be able to independently perform and obtain quality diagnostic studies including: Carotid Duplex Studies Echocardiograms (Echo) Stress Echocardiograms Abdominal Aorta Ultrasound Lower Extremity Arterial Duplex ClariVein Procedures/Ultrasound Guidance Lower Extremity Venous Duplex Renal Artery/Duplex Ultrasound Upper Extremity Arterial Duplex Upper Extremity Venous Duplex Responsibilities Perform vascular, cardiac, and ultrasound examinations according to established protocols. Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and Doppler waveforms. Accurately document and record patient and examination information. Ensure proper patient identification, positioning, and preparation. Explain procedures to patients and provide compassionate, professional care. Recognize and appropriately document abnormal or technically significant findings. Maintain ultrasound equipment and report any equipment or technical issues. Follow applicable safety, infection-control, HIPAA, and departmental policies. Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Maintain a professional and positive patient experience. Qualifications Previous experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer . Demonstrated competency in vascular ultrasound and Doppler examinations. Ability to perform the studies listed above independently. Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy, physiology, and ultrasound principles. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce technically accurate studies. Strong communication and patient-care skills. Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Appropriate professional credentials/certifications required for the position.
Compensation Starting Rate:
$55.00 per hour Compensation may be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and demonstrated technical competency.
