Full-Time:
32-40 hours/week Arlington/Mansfield Area | In Person | Monday-Friday | Day Shift Are you an experienced Sonographer who loves working in Women's Healthcare? Omega OB-GYN is looking for YOU! We are a leading women's healthcare practice serving the Arlington/Mansfield area, and we are looking for a talented, compassionate, and experienced OB/GYN Sonographer to join our team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, producing high-quality images, and working alongside an experienced OB/GYN team, we want to meet you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations Prepare the ultrasound equipment and exam room while following appropriate sterilization and safety procedures Review patient charts before appointments and understand the images required for each examination Position patients appropriately while maintaining their safety, comfort, and dignity Obtain clear, accurate images for physician review Review images and ultrasound reports for completeness and quality before submitting them to the physician Use sound clinical judgment and critical thinking when performing OB/GYN imaging Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in continuing education and stay current with advances in sonography Provide patients with a professional, compassionate, and positive experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
ARDMS credential OB/GYN certification Previous experience working in an OB/GYN medical practice Strong knowledge of obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound Proficiency with computer systems used for documentation and sonographic reporting Understanding and adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy requirements Excellent attention to detail and accountability Ability to perform OB/GYN ultrasounds throughout an 8-hour workday Friendly, professional, and compassionate communication skills
