Key Responsibilities:

Perform general ultrasound imaging procedures including abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts exams, ensuring superior image quality and optimal diagnostic outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting all findings in accordance with facility protocols and compliance regulations. Operate and calibrate ultrasound equipment, troubleshooting and reporting any technical issues promptly. Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring providers to ensure clarity in reports and timely communication of critical findings. Adhere to all safety standards, infection control guidelines, and clinical best practices.

Qualifications:

Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography/ARDMS or equivalent). Minimum of one year of experience in general ultrasound imaging within a hospital or clinical environment. Proficiency in a range of ultrasound modalities and imaging protocols. Demonstrated skill in patient care, strong organizational abilities, and commitment to professional growth. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
