Serving the community since 1972, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Compensation & Schedule Starting salary of $140,000+ (negotiable based on experience) Quarterly production bonuses Sign-on bonus or relocation assistance available Dedicated schedule with a 3-4 day work week Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance AD&D, Accident, Cancer, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance PTO (Paid Time Off) Fidelity
