The ER Immerse Program was built from the ground up to prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and rewarding career in emergency medicine. Unlike traditional rotating internships, ER Immerse focuses on developing the core competencies essential for successful emergency clinicians while emphasizing professional development, communication, and life-work integration.The program combines:
Simulation-based learning Hands-on clinical training with live patients Competency-based skill development Structured mentorship Emergency and critical care case management Client communication training Professional growth and leadership development The curriculum utilizes evidence-based training methods designed around the skills and competencies required for a successful long-term career in emergency medicine.Program Highlights:
Train directly with our Medical Director Dedicated mentor on every shift Surgical training opportunities available No on-call responsibilities Competency-based curriculum Weekly live virtual didactic rounds Emergency and Critical Care Rounds Journal Clubs VetBloom asynchronous learning platform Regular continuing education events led by specialists and experienced emergency clinicians Strong support system before, during, and after completion of the programProgram Duration:

Starting salary- $140,000 during training.
