At MVMC, our close-knit team provides exceptional care in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility while fostering a supportive, team-oriented culture. We are committed to delivering high-quality medicine, outstanding client service, and opportunities for professional growth in one of Colorado's most vibrant communities. This role has no call/ER services. Core Competencies DVM/VMD from an accredited program Licensed veterinarian (or eligible) in Colorado 3+ years of hands-on clinical veterinarian experience preferred Strong surgical, diagnostic, and communication skills Passion for high-quality patient care and client service As our next Associate, you will: Collaborate with our doctors (3FT, 2PT) and talented support team (includes multiple CVTs) Have a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Build and uphold existing relationships with the local community Provide loving care to small animals and a peace of mind to their humans Be hardworking, honest, and confident in your abilities Have medical freedom to practice skills you're proficient in or explore areas you'd like to learn Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $115,000
  • $140,000 annually.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
