Global Talent Partners is delighted to present an excellent opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal practice in Newark, Delaware. Whether you're an experienced veterinarian looking for a supportive long-term home or a newer graduate seeking structured mentorship, this is a practice where you'll have the resources, team and flexibility to build a rewarding career. The Practice You'll be joining an established 14-person team comprising DVMs, CVTs, veterinary assistants, kennel assistants, client service representatives and hospital management. The practice provides comprehensive small animal care, with a caseload currently made up of approximately: 40% wellness/preventative care 50% sick appointments Urgent care appointments incorporated into the daily caseload The facility is well equipped with: Ultrasound Digital radiography Digital dental radiography In-house laboratory equipment Dedicated boarding facilities for cats and dogs Fear Free Certified team The strong support structure allows veterinarians to concentrate on medicine and patient care while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team. The Role This position offers full-time or part-time flexibility, making it an excellent opportunity for veterinarians at different stages of their careers.
