• 180,000 base salary + $5,000 year-end bonus An independently owned, family-run veterinary hospital in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking a Small Animal Veterinarian / Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join its established and collaborative team.

About the Role As a Small Animal Veterinarian, you will provide comprehensive veterinary care to dogs and cats across a varied general practice caseload.

Your responsibilities may include:

Small animal medical consultations Preventive and wellness care Diagnostic workups Surgical procedures Dental procedures Patient examinations and treatment plans Ongoing patient management Client education and communication Maintaining accurate medical records Working collaboratively with the veterinary and support teams This is a varied clinical role with opportunities to develop your skills across general practice, medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics and wellness care . About You The practice is open to veterinarians with 1+ year of professional veterinary experience .

The ideal candidate will have:

DVM or equivalent veterinary degree Appropriate Florida veterinary licensure At least 1 year of veterinary experience Confidence in small animal medicine Experience or interest in surgery and dentistry Strong diagnostic and clinical skills Excellent communication and client-service skills A compassionate approach to patients and their families A collaborative, team-oriented personality A commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine Newer veterinarians with 1+ year of experience who are looking for a supportive environment to continue developing their skills are encouraged to apply.
