This role is available for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Relief positions. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality emergency care and will have a strong desire to add value to our hospital and its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional emergency veterinary care to a diverse range of cases.Perform thorough examinations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
Collaborate with a supportive team of veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure comprehensive care.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development through mentoring and training opportunities.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prognoses.
Participate in hospital meetings and contribute to the development of protocols and best practices.
Always uphold the hospital's standards of care and client satisfaction.
Qualifications DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
Active veterinary license in LA.Previous experience in emergency or critical care is preferred but not required. All experience levels encouraged to apply.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
