We offer:

$120,000-$150,000 base plus production PTO (3+ weeks) PLUS an additional 40 hours sick leave 401K with 3% matching employer contribution Health insurance with HSA account and employer contribution Dental and vision insurance Paid licenses, AVMA membership and liability insurance VIN and Plumb's membership CE benefits ($3,500 and additional PTO). We offer a competitive base salary plus monthly production bonus with no negative accrual . Veterinarian schedule is flexible and salary is calculated based upon a 3.5 days/wk schedule . We have all upgraded equpiment:

electrosurgery (cautery and LigaSure) , paperless records (cloud-based), digital xrays, digital dental xrays, ultrasound, Tonovet Plus, Bair hugger, IV pumps, multiparameter anesthesia monitors with capnograph and in-house laboratory equipment. We send out all xray studies for second opinions to an outside radiology company and this is built into our fee structure. We work closely with the multiple specialty/emergency hospitals in our area. We have a high staff-to-doctor ratio, so you can focus on being a doctor!
