As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our clients and their beloved pets.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently Check-in and check-out clients and their pets, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately Assist clients with questions regarding services, pricing, and appointment availability Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of appointments and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary or pet care setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software Passion for animals and dedication to providing exceptional customer service Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed
